摘要

目的

观察调阴阳跷脉结合根溜注入旁通法针刺治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。

方法

将60例特发性面神经麻痹患者根据就诊时间顺序分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。对照组采用常规方法进行针刺治疗。治疗组采用调阴阳跷脉结合根溜注入旁通法进行针刺治疗。观察临床疗效，HB面神经功能分级评分，面部残疾指数躯体功能(FDIP)评分、面部残疾指数社会功能(FDIS)评分，并进行安全性评价。

结果

治疗组30例中，痊愈21例，显效5例，有效2例，无效2例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组30例中，痊愈14例，显效7例，有效1例，无效8例，总有效率为73.33%。经秩和检验，

0.05，说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。HB面神经功能分级评分2组治疗后较本组治疗前均提高，差异均有统计学意义(

0.05)，表示2组具有可比性。治疗后FDIP、FDIS评分治疗组较对照组均提高明显，2组治疗前后差值比较，差异均有统计学意义(

0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。2组患者治疗过程中均未出现针刺不良反应。

结论

调阴阳跷脉结合根溜注入旁通法针刺治疗特发性面神经麻痹具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of bypass therapy of Yin and Yang Qiaomai in combination with the Gen Liu Zhu Ru for idiopathic facial paralysis.

Methods

Sixty patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were assigned to the treatment group (

=30) and control group (

=30) according to their visiting time. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The treatment group was treated with the bypass therapy of Yin and Yang Qiaomai in combination with the Gen Liu Zhu Ru for idiopathic facial paralysis. Clinical efficacy

House-Brackmann(HB) facial nerve function grading score

facial disability index physical function (FDIP) score

and facial disability index social function (FDIS) score were observed

and the safety of this therapy was evaluated.

Results

Among the 30 cases in the treatment group

21 cases were cured

5 cases were significantly effective

2 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective

with a total effective rate of 93.33%. In the control group

14 cases were cured

7 cases were significantly effective

1 case was effective and 8 cases were ineffective

with a total effective rate of 73.33%. Rank sum test showed

=-2.006

indicating that the curative efficacy was higher in the treatment group than in the control group. The HB facial nerve function grading score was higher after treatment than before treatment in the two groups (

0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (

indicating that the two groups were comparable. After treatment

the treatment group was significantly improved as compared with the control group. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (

0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group. The scores of FDIP and FDIS were higher after treatment than before treatment in the two groups

and the difference was statistically significant (

0.05). There was no significant difference in FDIP and FDIS scores between the two groups before treatment (

0.05)

indicating that the two groups were comparable. After treatment

FDIP and FDIS scores in the treatment group were significantly improved as compared with the control group. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (

0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group. There was no adverse reaction of acupuncture in both groups.

Conclusion

The bypass therapy of Yin and Yang Qiaomai in combination with the Gen Liu Zhu Ru for idiopathic facial paralysis has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.
