摘要

癌因性疲乏(CRF)是癌症患者最常见的症状之一，贯穿于癌症整个病程，给患者的生活质量造成了严重影响。中医治疗CRF有明显的优势，对肺癌CRF相关的文献研究进行整理分析，探讨肺癌CRF的中医病机及证候。分别从以虚为本和以实为标、虚实夹杂两方面阐述不同研究对CRF整体病机的认识。结合文献分别从单一证候、复合证候两方面总结肺癌CRF的证候特点。肺癌CRF单一证候中，虚证以肺气虚证和脾气虚证为主，实证以痰湿证和血瘀证为主。肺癌CRF患者病情多较复杂，仅有少数患者表现为单一证候，其中以轻度疲乏者或肺癌早期患者为多，大多数患者则表现为复合证候，多证相兼较为多见。

Abstract

Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is one of the most common symptoms among cancer patients. It runs through the entire cancer course and has a serious impact on the life quality of such patients. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has obvious advantages in the treatment of CRF. The literature researches related to CRF of lung cancer were sorted out and analyzed

and the TCM pathogenesis and syndrome manifestations of CRF of lung cancer were discussed. This paper expounds the viewpoint of different researches on the TCM pathogenesis of CRF from two aspects: taking the deficiency as the foundation

taking the excess as the target and mixing the deficiency and the excess. Combined with the literature

the syndrome characteristics of CRF of the lung cancer were summarized in single syndrome and multiple syndromes. Among the single syndromes of CRF of lung cancer

deficiency syndromes are mainly lung-Qi deficiency syndrome and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome

and excess syndromes are mainly phlegm-dampness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. The condition of the patients is usually complicated

and therefore only a few patients with mild fatigue or early-stage lung cancer show a single syndrome. Most of them show multiple syndromes.
