摘要

广泛性焦虑障碍(generalized anxiety disorder，GAD)是以紧张、担忧、恐惧及自主神经功能紊乱为特征，给患者带来明显的痛苦感，是精神科常见的精神障碍之一。抗抑郁药物在有效改善焦虑症状的同时也存在一系列不良反应，影响治疗依从性，部分患者因无法耐受不良反应而中断治疗。GAD是中医治疗有效的病种之一，中医治疗具有自身的特色和优势。本指南以中西医临床关键问题为导向，遵循循证医学原则，客观评价近20年GAD中西医结合诊治证据，经工作组充分讨论，在此基础上撰写本指南。广泛征求精神病学、心理学、中医学、中医神志病学、临床流行病学等多学科专家意见，最终形成《广泛性焦虑障碍中西医结合诊疗指南》。

Abstract

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is common mental disease characterized by tension

worry

fear

and autonomic nervous system dysfunction

causing significant distress to patients. While antidepressant drugs are effective in improving anxiety symptoms

they also come with a range of adverse reactions that affect treatment compliance. Some patients may discontinue treatment due to in tolerable side effects. GAD is one of the disease types in which Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment has shown efficacy

with its own unique characteristics and advantages. This guideline

oriented towards key clinical issues in the integration of Chinese and Western medicine

follows the principles of evidence-based medicine

objectively evaluates the evidence of integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of GAD over the past 20 years

and is developed based on thorough discussions of the taskforce. Extensive input was sought from experts in disciplines such as psychiatry

psychology

traditional Chinese medicine

TCM psychiatry

and clinical epidemiology

resulting in the finalization of the
