摘要

胡凯文教授从事中医防治肿瘤的临床工作近40载，认为老年肺癌的病因病机主要为脾肾亏虚、阴阳失调为本，气、湿、痰、瘀、癌毒为标，治疗善用药对，其中，扶正常用药对包括黄芪－肉桂、干姜－附子、熟地黄－当归、麦冬－五味子，祛邪常用药对包括茯苓－薏苡仁、竹茹－枳实、清半夏－陈皮、蜂房－蜈蚣等。并结合验案，对胡教授基于扶正祛邪法应用药对治疗老年肺癌的经验进行介绍。

Abstract

Professor Hu Kaiwen

who has been engaged in clinical work on the prevention and treatment of tumors with traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 40 years

believes that lung cancer in the elderly is mainly based on deficiency of the spleen and kidney and imbalance of yin and yang as the root

and qi

dampness

phlegm

blood stasis

and cancer toxins as the branch. Professor Hu is good at using TCM herbal pairs during the treatment. The commonly used pairs include

Huangqi (Radix Astragali) - Rougui (Cortex Cinnamomi)

Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis) - Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata)

Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata) - Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis)

Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis) - Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis)

and for dispelling pathogen

Fuling (Poria) - Yiyiren (Semen Coicis)

Zhuru (Caulis Bambusae in Taenia) - Zhishi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus)

Qingbanxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Concisum) - Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)

Fengfang (Nidus Vespae) - Wugong (Scolopendra). A proven case is provided here to explain his experience in the application of herb pairs for the treatment of lung cancer in the elderly based on the method of reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling pathogen.
