摘要

不孕症为临床常见的生殖障碍疾病。阴阳辨证体系为辨证外感内伤杂病之总纲，阴阳中有升降，机体气机升降协调、达到阴平阳秘，故能孕育。阴阳理论对于不孕症的诊治有一定指导作用。阴阳升降的内涵包括：阳升阴降，重在脾胃；阴升阳降，重在心肾。不孕症中阴阳升降失常具体表现为：清阳下陷，阴火上升；心火亢盛、肾水枯竭。从阴阳升降辨治不孕症的思路主要有：健脾温阳，和胃滋阴；水火相济，交通心肾。

Abstract

Infertility is a common reproductive disorder. The theory system of yin-yang syndrome differentiation in TCM is the overarching principle of syndrome differentiation of external contraction

internal damage and miscellaneous diseases. There are ascending and descending movement in yin and yang

and only when the ascending and descending of qi are well coordinated

so that yin is calm and yang is sound

can it give rise to the nurturing and cultivation of life. Therefore

the theory of yin and yang plays a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. This includes: the essence of ascending of yang and descending of yin lies primarily in the spleen and stomach

while the heart and kidney are key to the descending of yang and ascending of yin. The abnormal fluctuation of yin and yang in infertility is manifested as: sinking of clear yang sink and rising of yin fire

exuberance of heart fire and exhaustion of kidney water. The main ideas of differentiation and treatment of infertility can thus be: fortifying the spleen and warming yang

harmonizing the stomach and nourishing yin

promoting the harmony of water and fire and restoring interaction between the heart and kidney.
