摘要

程门雪是我国近代著名中医学家和教育家，《程门雪医案》收录了程老1932—1971年的临床医案，其中，收录妇科医案17篇，对妇科疾病的施治有颇多独到之处。主要表现为：复方合法，选炼化裁；重视冲任，填补奇经；寒热并用，反佐配伍；缓急取舍，标本兼施；遣方平淡，用药轻灵。通过对程老治疗妇科疾病的诊治经验和特色进行整理，为临床诊疗提供借鉴思路。

Abstract

Cheng Menxue was a famous TCM practitioner and educator in modern China.

Cheng Menxue Yi

’

(Cheng Menxue’s Case Records) contains his clinical records from 1932 to 1971

including 17 cases of gynecological diseases

which contains many valuable insights in the treatment of gynecological diseases. The main characteristics are: a preference for compound formulas and the combined use of multiple treatment methods with necessary adjustments

an emphasis on

chong mai

and

ren mai

to fill and supplement the extraordinary vessels

a mixed use of both cold and hot herbs as paradoxical assistants

a special focus on identifying the factors of greater urgency and treating both the branch and root

and a propensity to choose herbs bland in flavor and small dosages of individual ingredients. By summarizing Cheng’s experience and characteristics in treating gynecological diseases

we can provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
