A cross-sectional study of the characteristics of pattern elements and the distribution of patterns in 537 overweight/obese patients
“Experts from Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital used a cross-sectional study method to explore the distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in overweight/obese patients. They found that the pathogenesis was mixed with deficiency and excess, and the syndrome type increased from excess to deficiency with the increase of BMI. This provides a reference for standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment.”
