        摘要：Objective Chinese medicine effects on acute bronchitis during conva1escence and influences to children in the near future were observed. Method Western medicine was applied on the contro1 group. Treated with western medicine basically, in addition, the 2nd group was treated by Chinese medicine depending on differential diagnosis during conva1escence. Result Effect on the 2nd group is much better than that of the control group on shortening duration of convalescence, reducing occur ratio of "the spleen deficient syndrome" and reducing infect ratio after recovering in the near future. Conclusion It increased curative effect of western medicine, eliminated side effect of the western medicine in a certain extent that applying Chinese medicine depending on differential diagnosis on acute bronchitis during convalescence. It is also very effective to recovering and health of the affected children?

        摘要：Objective To probe into the value of treating of chocclatc cyst ovary （CCO） with Xiaozhiling punctured by ultrasound wave through vagina （TVS）. Method Sixty cases of CCO （with 3cm maximum diameter of chocclatc cyst） were randomly divided into two groups （30 cases in each group）, one was treated with Xiaozhiling, and another one was infused with ethyl alcohol. Then the size of focuses and ovarian arterial resistance indexes （RI） were surveyed in half year and one year after the treatment. The outcomes of double groups were compared and studied. Result The recurrent rate of treatment group after one year was lower than that of control group （ P <0 05）. RI was changed from high resistance to low resistance and it was more remarkable in treatment group （ P <0 05）. Conclusion The treatment of CCO with Xiaozhiling punctured by TVS had great value to clinical application.

        摘要：Objective A new therapy of strengthening curative effect of treatment of bradycardia in women’s menstrual phases will be studied. Methods 1. The auscultation of women suffered from bradycardia and healthy women random sampled were taken separately in their menstrual and ordinary phases and their heart rates were compared. 2. The curative effect of 20 cases suffered from bradycardia during their menstrual phases by the therapy of invigorating kidney and strengthening yang was summarized. Results 1. There were no remarkable differences in the heart rates of 30 healthy women during their menstrual and ordinary phases （ t=1.205, P>0.10 ）, but the heart rates of the women suffered from bradycardia showered appreciable lower during their menstrual phases （ t=12.405, P<0.001 ）, and there were more cases with cardiac arrhythmia. 2. After the therapy of invigorating kidney and strengthening yang was used, the heart rates of 20 cases during their menstrual phases were raised from 46 9±3 4 beat/minute to 53 2±3 7 beat/minute （ t=12.014, P<0.001 ）. Conclusions The heart rates of healthy women had not remarkable differences in their menstrual or ordinary phases, but those suffered from bradycardia may show lower heart rates and more arrhythmia. Therefore the affect of menstrual phase on case should be paid attention. The therapy of invigorating kidney and strengthening yang has appreciable effect on women suffered from bradycardia during their menstrual phases.

        摘要：Objective The curative effect of pueraria extract on treating diabetic neuropathy was observed. Method While the cases of diabete was treated, 300 mL of 0 9% sodium chloride injections and 0 4 g pueraria extract were infused by intravenous drip （once a day, one course was 10 days） for 3 courses. Result The author used pueraria extract to treat 53 cases of diabetic neuropathy, among them there were 31 cases with remarkable results, 12, effective results. The total effective rate was 81%. There was no evident side effect. Conclusion The pueraria extract had curative effect on treating diabetic neuropathy with no side effect, so it was well worth using widely.

        摘要：Objective The clinical effect of therapy of invigorating kidney and liver on treating infertility caused by inefficient corpus luteum was observed. Method The prescription, set by the author, consisted of dodder seed, raspberry, fruit of Chinese wolfberry, Chinese yam rhizome, medicinal cornel, fruit of glossy prioct and other herbs, was used to treat 36 cases of infertility caused by inefficient corpus luteum. Results The effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group, and cure rate, 55 56%. The control group treated with western medicine had the total effective rate of 81 25%, and cure rate, 37 50%. Conclusion The therapy of invigorating kidney and liver had proper curative effect on treating infertility caused by inefficient corpus luteum.

        摘要：Objective The curative effect of Jianghuangsanwu Decoction used to treat hyperbilirubinemia was observed. Method 120 newborns with neonatal jaundic were treated with Jianghuangsanwu Decoction and contrasted with the group treated with luminal. The changes of some targets, such as jaundic decreasing time, the liver function and the total bilirubin, were observed as well. Result Jianghuangsanwu Decoction had remarkable effect on shortening jaundic decreasing time, reducing bilirubin, GPT, GOT and γ GT. The curative effect of this group was better than that of the group treated with luminal （ P <0 01, or P <0 05）. The total effective rate was 100%, and the cure rate, 80 33%. Conclusion Jianghuangsanwu Decoction had remarkable effect on reducing jaundic and protecting the liver. Jianghuangsanwu Decoction was a simple, effective and reasonable prescription used to treat hyperbilirubinemia.

        摘要：Objective The short term curative effect of treatment of depressive neurosis with Xiaoyao Infusion mixed with Baiyoujie was discussed. Method Fifty cases suffered from depressive neurosis were randomly divided into cure group （used Xiaoyao Infusion mixed with Baiyoujie） and control group （used Baiyoujie only） and treated for 3 weeks. Then Zung values, the total effective rates and side effects of two groups were observed. Results In cure group there was an evident decline in Zung value, higher effective rate （ P <0 05） and less side effect （ P <0 05）. Conclusion To treat depressive neurosis with Xiaoyao Infusion mixed with Baiyoujie may strengthen the short term clinical curative effect, the patient’s anaclisis and reduce side effect.

        摘要：Objective Professor Zhan Wentaos experience on treatment of multiple sclerosis based on syndrome differentiation was studied and summarized. Methods 48 patients of multiple sclerosis were divided into 5 groups according to the experience of Professor Zhan Wentao. The group of asthenia of kidney and spleen （15 cases） was treated with Buzhongyiqi Decoction and Liuweidihuang Decoction, the group of yin asthenia of liver and kidney （11 cases）, Wujingdihuang Decoction or Qijudihuang Decoction, the group of deficiency of qi and blood stasis （9 cases）, Yiqichongming Decoction and Buyanghuanwu Decoction, the group of hyperactivity of yang due to deficiency yin （7 cases）, Tianmagouteng Decoction, and Zhenganxifeng Decoction, and the group of accumulation of phlegm damp （6 cases）, Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction and Zhexie Decoction. Result The effective rate was 92%. Conclusion Professor Zhan Wentaos therapy for multiple sclerosis had outstanding characteristic and remarkable curative effect.

        摘要：Loess cake moxibustion （LCM） was a therapy found by the author. It had the characteristic of warming yang and dredging channel. Its action was mild, sustain, concentrate and deep. And it was easy and safe to operate. There were 15 cases of mastocarcinoma treated with LCM, and compared with 17 cases treated with chemotherapy. Two groups had the same curative effects, but LCM had no side effect.

        摘要：Objective The curative effect of treatment of depressive neurosis with acupuncture was observed and compared with that with Deanxit. Method Forty one cases suffered from depressive neurosis were selected according to CCMD 2 R and randomly divided into acupuncture group （21 cases） and western medicine group （20 cases）. The acupuncture group was treated for two courses （20 times） and western medicine group was given Deanxit for 20 days. When the treatment finished, the curative effects of two groups were scored by Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and reduction rate. Then they were compared with each other. Result There were remarkable differences in HAMD scores of each group before and after treatment （ P <0 01）. There were no marked variations in sores and curative effects of two groups after treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture was as the same as that of western medicine, Deanxit, so acupuncture may be thought as a substitute therapy for treating depressive neurosis and preventing the side effects of western medicine.

        摘要：Objective The effect and security of Ruliuxiao Ointment on external treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia （BCH） was discussed. Method Some herbal drugs from Chinese ancient famous prescription-Aweihuapi Ointment and Yanghejiejing Ointment were chosen to decoct into Ruliuxiao Ointment. 1. The ointment was used on rabbits to test its security. 2. The ointment was used in clinic to treat BCH, and the group using some effective ointments of auther’s hospital to cure breast lump as the control group. Result 1. Ruliuxiao Ointmen had no toxic and side effects. 2. The total effective rate of the cure group （200 cases） was 91.5%, and the control group （50 cases）, 64%. The data was dealt with statistics and showed evident difference （ P <0 01）. Conclusion The external treatment of breast diseases with Ruliuxiao Ointment had dependable curative effect.

        摘要：Objective The laws of medicine application of physicians through the ages were discussed. Method Through the analysis on the prescriptions of dredging fu used to treat apoplexy in Collection of Apoplexy , and compared with those of modern physicians, and the differences between them has been pointed out as well. Result The method of dredging fu and purging heat was their general characters, but physicians through the ages also used the therapy of supporting healthy energy and relieving surface, and the modern physicians liked to supplement the therapy of reducing sputum and invigorating the blood circulation. Conclusion The recognition of etiological factors and pathogenesis of apoplexy by people was a developing and improving procedure.

        摘要：Spread of AIDS has entered into a high speed period in our country now, so the study with Chinese characteristics on treating AIDS with TCM has an important sense. In Chinese medicine the etiological factors of AIDS are thought as exogenous evil invading and kidney deficiency, the pathogenesis, as consumption of viscera, and abnormal of qi, blood and body fluid.The clinical and experimental studies have found some effective herbal medicines and prescriptions. Their mechanisms were mainly to kill AIDS virus, regulate body’s immunity and control the infection. There still many problems in the study of treating AIDS with TCM. This paper proposed some related countermeasures.
