        摘要：Objective To study the impression of millimeter wave irradiating acupoints combined with Gusefang Granules on the life quality of the patient with late lung cancer. Method The patients were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group with 30 cases was given millimeter wave irradiation combined with Gusefang Granules. The control group was given Gusefang Granules only. Result After the treatment there were significant differences in the changes of Karnofsky, main symptoms, life quality and laboratory index between two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion Millimeter wave irradiation combined with Gusefang Granules has a good effect on the patients with late lung cancer to relieve their symptoms, improve their life quality and alleviat the dyscrasia.

        摘要：Objective To study the curative effect of Zhongjiling Tablets on ⅡA myasthenia gravis. Methods By the methods of randomized, double blind, double simulated and control, the patients were divided into the treatment group （72 cases） and treated orally with Zhongjiling Tablets and prednisone placebo, and the control group （72 cases） treated orally with prednisone and Zhongjiling placebo. The symptoms, signs, the titer of serum acetylcholine receptor antibodies, the decreasing percent of the action potential and IL-1β, sIL-2R, IL-6 of the patients in two groups were observed. Results The clinical effect scores of two groups showed no significant difference （P>0.05）. The treatment group had a better effect in symptom relieving than the control group （P<0.01）. There was no significant difference （P>0.05） in the titers of the serum acetylcholine receptor antibodies and IL-1β, sIL-2R, IL-6 between two groups. Conclusion Zhongjiling Tables has a certain curative effect on ⅡA myasthenia gravis.

        摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of Zihuangjiedu Tablets on aphthae of syndrome type of depressing internal heat in liver . Method To divide 100 patients into two groups （each n=50）. Group 1 was given Zihuangjiedu Tablets and Group 2 was given Kouyanqing Granules. Result In Group 1 the remarkable effective rate was 72 % （36 cases） and the total effective rate was 88 % （44 cases）. In Group 2 the remarkable effective rate, 38 % （19 cases） and the total effective rate, 64 % （32 cases）. There was a significant difference （P<0.01）. There were no harmful effects observed. Conclusion Zihuangjiedu Tablets is a reliable Chinese patent medicine for aphthae.

        摘要：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiuhua Suppository and Azulfidine Suppository on ulcerative proctitis. Method To divide 30 cases into two groups. The treatment group was given Jiuhua Suppository and Azulfidine Suppository. The control group was given Azulfidine Suppository only. Result After four weeks the complete remission rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were 66.6 % and 100.0 % respectively, and those in the control group, 33.3 % and 93.3 %. There was a significant difference in the complete remission rates of two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion Jiuhua Suppository and Azulfidine Suppository have a better curative effect on ulcerative proctitis.

        摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of Changnianliansongjie Decoction on simple incomplete adhesive ileus （SIAI）. Method To divide randomly 82 cases of SIAI into two groups. The control group with 38 cases was given absolute, continuous gastrointestinal decompression, intravenous trophotherapy and antibiotics. Their hydroelectric and acid-base balance were kept. The treatment group with 44 cases was given Changnianliansongjie Decoction besides the above treatment as the control group. Result The cure rate in the treatment group was 72.73 % and the total effective rate was 95.45 %. The cure rate in the control group was 47.37 % and the total effective rate was 81.58 %. There was a significant difference between two groups （P<0.01）. Conclusion Changnianliansongjie Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on simple incomplete adhesive ileus.

        摘要：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishenmingmu Formula on simple diabetic retinopathy （SDR） and its impression on the content of sorbitol. Method To divide randomly 62 cases of SDR into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Yishenmingmu Formula for 2 months. The control group was given Daoshengming Capsules. The examinations of vision and cineangiography were taken and the content of sorbitol and myo-inositol in red blood cells were determined before and after the treatment. Result The fundus lesion in the treatment group were obviously asseviated comparing with those in the control group. After the treatment the content of sorbitol was decreased and the content of myo-inositol was increased in the treatment group. Conclusion Yishenmingmu Formula has a certain effect on SDR and can improve the metabolism of sorbitol and myo-inositol.

        摘要：Objective To observe the effect of massage manipulation on chondromalacia patellae. Method To treat 320 cases of chondromalacia patellae with different manipulations, such as kneading, rotating, rolling and dispersing. Result There were 295 cases cured, 24, relived. The total effective rate was 99.7%. Conclusion Massage manipulation is an effective method to treat chondromalacia patellae.

        摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of Luoxuezhitong Formula on migraine. Method The patients （n=118） were divided randomly into 3 groups. Group 1 was given Luoxuezhitong Formula, Group 2, normal acupuncture and Group 3, Nimodipine Tablets orally. The curative effect was observed after 6 weeks. Result The total effective rate in Group 1 was 92.5%, that in Group 2, 75.7 % and Group 3, 71.1 %. There was a significant difference between groups （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference between Group 2 and Group 3 （P<0.05）. Conclusion Luoxuezhitong Formula with a reliable curative effect on migraine is confirmed, and better than acupuncture and oral medicine.

        摘要：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of carpus-ankle acupuncture on hiccup. Method To divide the cases into two groups. Group 1 with 30 cases was given carpus-ankle acupuncture and Group 2 with 28 cases was given routine acupuncture. Result The total effective rate in two groups were 100%. There was no significant difference in cure rates of two groups within first three treatment times. Conclusion Carpus-ankle acupuncture has a curative effect on hiccup.
