摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect and security of Shuxuetong Injection on the acute ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and to investigate its mechanism. Method To select 464 cases of AIS (morbidity within 2 weeks) diagnosed by TCM as apoplexy involving meridians and collaterals (AIMC) with the syndrome of blood stasis obstructing collaterals, and divided them randomly into two groups. The treatment group with 313 cases was given Shuxuetong Injection and the control group with 151 cases was given notoginsenoside. The scales of stroke, TCM symptoms and the hemorrheology index were observed before and after the treatment. Result After 3 weeks there were 35 cases cured and 134 had a significant curative effect in the treatment group, and 11 cases cured and 54 had a significant curative effect in the control group. The total effective rate was 91.69 % and 86.75 % in two groups respectively. The result of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The side effect was not observed in the treatment course. Conclusion The mechanism of Shuxuetong Injection for the treatment of AIS (CI) is to activate blood circulation, resolve stagnation and dredge collaterals. Shuxuetong Injection has a good curative effect and a higher security in clinic .

摘要:Objective To investigate the curative effect of TCM therapy of clearing away heat to drain dampness (therapy 1), and TCM therapy of activating blood to resolve stagnation (therapy 2) on the chronic nephritis diagnosed as TCM syndrome of damp-heat-blood stagnation. Method To make an autonomous control study on 30 cases of the chronic nephritis diagnosed as TCM syndrome of damp-heat-blood stagnation. The Decoctions of Composite Formula 1 and Composite Formula 2 were given orally to the patients in two stages. Each stage was 12 weeks. The curative effect on syndrome, albuminuria and hematuria were observed. Results In the first stage the therapy 1 combined with the therapy 2 had a reliable curative effect, then in the second stage the therapy 2 combined with the therapy 1 significantly improved the curative effect. The curative effect on syndrome in the first stage had a promotion action to that in the second stage. The curative effect on albuminuria was better than that on hematuria. Conclusion Therapy 2 used to treat the chronic nephritis diagnosed as TCM syndrome of damp-heat-blood stagnation has an promotion effect on therapy 1.

摘要:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of TCM cutting therapy on migraine. Method To treat 100 cases of migraine with TCM cutting therapy. Result There were 49 cases cured, 22 with significant effect and 15 with effective results. The total effective rate was 86 %. The recurrent rate was 4 % after following visits for one year. Conclusion The TCM cutting therapy has a reliable curative effect on migraine and can decrease the recurrent rate significantly.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of integrated therapy of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of female chlamydial and mycoplasmal infection. Method A draught of azithromycin (1 g) and Qibaihuazhuo Formula were given to 30 diagnosed patients for 14 days. Result There were 18 cases cured (60.0 %), 9 cases with a significant curative effect (30.0 %), 2 cases with the effect (6.7 %) and 1 case with ineffectiveness (3.0 %). The effective rate was 90.0 %. Conclusion The therapy integrated Chinese and western medicine has a good effect on female chlamydial and mycoplasmal infection.
