        摘要：Objective To discuss the effect of the therapy of reinforcing kidney and activating blood on hyper-parathyroidism and abnormal bone metabolism in the patients with renal osteopathy induced by chronic renal in-sufficiency （CRI）, investigate the mechanism of this therapy and compare it with the therapy of reinforcing kidneyonly. Method A cross- design method was used to compare the influences of the therapy of reinforcing kidneyand activating blood on parathormone （I- PTH）, bone alkaline phosphatase （BAP） in the patients with that of thetherapy of reinforcing kidney only. Result The levels of serum I- PTH and BAD decreased after the treatmentwith the therapy of reinforcing kidney and activating blood, but that increased obviously after the treatment withthe therapy of reinforcing kidney only. Conclusion The therapy of reinforcing kidney and activating blood canalleviate hyperparathyroidism, relieve abnormal bone metabolism and delay the development of renal osteopathy.

        摘要：Objective To investigate the mechanism of Xueniaoting Granules （XG） for treating the glomerulardiseases with the main pathological changes of mesangial cell proliferation. Method To observe the cell prolif-eration and the content changes of interleukin- 6 （IL- 6）, endothelin （ET） and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）through culturing mouse glomerular mesangial cells （GMCs） and two drug- giving modes of serum pharmacology ordrugs plus S9. Result The two drug- giving modes all showed that XG inhibited the proliferation of mesangialcell and production of IL- 6 and ET. There was no obvious toxic effect on cells. Conclusion To inhibitemesangial cell proliferation, and contents of IL- 6 and ET produced by mesangial cells may be one of the mecha-nisms of XG for treating glomerular diseases with the main pathological changes of mesangial cell proliferation.

        摘要：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of psoralen on prostatic hyperplasia and its influenceson estrogen receptor （ER） and androgen receptor （AR） of prostatic cells in SD rats. Methods One hundred SDrats were randomly divided into five groups （each n=20） and were castrated except the normal group. After 7days testosterone propionate was injected subcutaneously to the rats except the normal and prostatic hyperplasiagroups, and at the same time the psoralen group was given psoralen orally. The control group was given normalsaline solution and the Proscar group was given Proscar. The rats were killed after 30 days. The wet weight ofrat prostate was weighed and the expressions of ER and AR of prostatic cells were detected by using immunofluo-rescence flow cytometry. Result The wet weight of rat prostate in the psoralen group was lower than that of oth-er groups （P<0.05）. The tagged rates of ER and AR of prostatic cells were obviously decreased （P<0.05）. Con-clusion Psoralen has a remarkable curative effect on rat prostatic hyperplasia. The mechanism may be related tothat it can inhibit the expressions of ER and AR of prostatic cells.

        摘要：Objective To observe the effects of Rouganqingxuan Decoction （RD） on blood pressure and relievingsymptoms in patients with hypertension and discuss its security. Method The patients （n=143） were randomlydivided into the treatment group treated with RD orally and the control group treated with Indapamide Tablets o-rally. The blood pressure, changes of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） in serum and integrals of symptomswere observed before and after the treatment. Result There was no statistic difference in the total effective ratebetween two groups （P>0.05）. The obvious effective rate and symptom relieving rate of the treatment group werehigher than that of the control group （P<0.05, P<0.01）. The levels of TC and TG were decreased in the treatmentgroup （P<0.01）. Conclusion RD can depress blood pressure and relieve the symptoms of the patients withoutany side or toxic effects.

        摘要：Objective To observe the influence of Xuesaitong Injection （XI） on hemorrheology of patient with dia-betes combined with cerebral infarction. Method The autocontrol method was used to observe the indexchanges of hemorrheology in 46 patients before and after the treatment with XI. Result There were remarkablechanges in hematocrit （Hct）, whole blood viscosity at a low shear rate, erythrocyte deformation and fibrinogen inthe male group after the injection. The difference was significant （P<0.05）, especially the change of erythrocytedeformation at a low shear rate was different significantly （P<0.01）. There were also remarkable changes in plas-ma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte deformation and fibrinogen in the female group. The differencewas significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion XI can obviously decrease fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity and plasmaviscosity at a low shear rate, alleviate cerebral ischemia, and relieve central and limb symptoms induced by cere-bral infarction.

        摘要：Objective To discuss the curative effect of microendoscopic discectomy （MED） on simple lumbar steg-notic lacunaris （SLSL）. Methods MED was used to treat 22 cases of SLSL. The following visits were given tothe cases for 6 to 15 months （an average of 10 months）. The curative effect was evaluated according to the 15-score method of Japanese Osteology Academy （JOA）. Results The times of MED in the patients were 30- 90min. with an average of 42.5 min. The quantity of bleeding were 10- 80mL with an average of 38.7mL. The av-erage symptom relieving rate was 91.3 %. Conclusion MED is an ideal therapy for treating SLSL, which can re-lieve the radicular syndrome, protect small joints and has a slight influence on the spinal stabilization.

        摘要：Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the therapy of external fixation of closing needle thread-ing on calcaneal fracture. Method The patients with calcaneal fracture （n=49 with 54 feet） were restituted byusing closed manipulations and then fixed externally with external immobilizer. Result There were 32 feet withgood effects （59.3 %）, 18 feet, quite good （33.3 %）, and 4 feet, relatively poor （7.4 %）. The good effective ratewas 92.6 %. Conclusion The therapy of external fixation of closing needle threading has a good curative effecton calcaneal fracture. Two key links in the treatment of calcaneal fracture, the restitution and immobilization, arehandled effectively.

        摘要：Objective To investigate the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture on limb dropsy induced bystroke hemiparalysis. Method The treatment group （n=30） and the control group （n=30） were set up randomlyand treated respectively with abdominal acupuncture and acupuncture only. The curative effects on limb dropsyinduced by stroke hemiparalysis in two groups were observed. Result The total effective rate of the treatmentgroup was 83.3 % and that of the control group, 50.0 %. The curative effect of the treatment group was betterthan that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The abdominal acupuncture has a reliable curative effecton limb dropsy induced by stroke hemiparalysis.

        摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of manipulations combined with acupuncture on cervical ver-tigo, find the reasons and determine the effective manipulations and acu- points. Method Sixty patients were di-vided randomly into two groups （each n=30）. The treatment group was treated with manipulations combined with acupuncture and the control group,with Jingfukang Granules. One course of treatment was 10 days and there wasa one- week break between every course. The following visits were given after the treatment for 6 months. Re-sult The clinical curative rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 70 % and 100 % respectively,and that of the control group, 30 % and 60 %. The difference was significant （P<0.01）. Conclusion The carotidspasm induced by disorder of articulatio atlantoepistrophicav is the main reason of cervical vertigo. The therapyof manipulations combined with acupuncture is the first choice for treating cervical vertigo.

        摘要：Objective To discuss the security of Sihuang Lavage Liquid （SLL） in clinical application. MethodThe acute toxicity test, skin irritative test and mucosal irritative test were used to prove the security of SLL. Re-sult SLL was fed to animals with the total dose of 168 g/kg. There was no obvious venenous and side effectsobserved. After SLL was dropped to the nose of animal, there was no hyperemia, edema and incrustation in an-imal’ s nasal mucous coat. Conclusion SLL is atoxic and can be applied in clinic.
