        摘要：Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effect of Shenfu Injection in patients after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting （OPCABG）. Methods To divide randomly 48 patients into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given routine OPCABG. The treatment group was given intravenous drip of Shenfu Injection （1mL/kg） diluted with 250 mL of normal saline solution just after anesthesia and then given OPCABG. Shenfu Injection was used for one week after OPCABG in the treatment group. The serum levels of creatine phosphokinase （CK） and CK-MB were detected respectively at different time points, including points of after anesthesia （T1）, 4 hours （T2）, 24 hours （T3）, 48 hours （T4） and 72 hours （T5） after the operation. Result The serum levels of CK and CK-MB were lower in the treatment group than that in the control group at the different time points after the operation with a significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu Injection can relieve the myocardial lesion in the patients having OPCABG and has an obvious myocardial protective effect.

        摘要：Objective To discuss the treatment of acquired cold urticaria. Method The treatment of acquired cold urticaria with Huangqi Injection in the acupoint of Zusanli （ST36） combined with antihistaminic in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group with antihistaminic only. Result The obvious curative rate was 80.00 % in the treatment group and that was 51.85 % in the control group. The difference was significant in statistics （P<0.05）. Conclusion Huangqi Injection in Zusanli （ST36） has an assistant curative effect on acquired cold urticaria.

        摘要：Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine on nephrotic syndrome combined thrombus of lower limb veins. Method The auto-control was used to observe the curative effect of the treatment with Chinese medicine mainly （including intravenous low-molecular dextran and ligustrazine drip, Tongmai Oral Liquid, radiation of helium-neon laser in blood vessel, and Tiaohongsiwu Decoction and its modifications orally） on 42 cases of nephrotic syndrome combined thrombus of lower limb veins. Result There were 18 cases cured, 14 with obvious curative effect and 10 with effect. The total effective rate was 100 %. The comparison had a statistic significance （P<0.05, P<0.01） in the changes of urinary protein in 24 hours, hemorrheology and plasma prothrombin time （PPT） before and after the treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine has a significant curative effect on thrombus complication with a good result of activating blood to resolve stagnation.

        摘要：Objective To discuss the curative effect of the therapy integrated Chinese and western medicine on pachynsis and adherence of tuberculous pleuritis （treated again）. Method To divide randomly 23 cases of pachynsis and adherence of tuberculous pleuritis （treated again） into the treatment group （n=12） and the control group （n=11）. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the treatment group was treated with the therapy integrated Chinese and western medicine. Result The effective rate was 91.7 % in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The normal anti-consumption therapy combined with Chinese medicine is conducive to relieve pachynsis and adherence of tuberculous pleuritis and recover the lung function.

        摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of Sanqing Decoction on wind-heat cold. Method To divide randomly 119 cases of wind-heat cold into the treatment group （n=59） and the control group （n=60）. The treatment group was treated with Sanqing Decoction once a day for 3 days. The control group was treated with roxithromycin tablets, Reyanning Granules and Tylenol Tablets for allaying fever for 3 days. Result There were 44 cases cured （74.6 %）, 9 with obvious curative effect （15.2 %） and 2 with curative effect （3.4 %） in the treatment group. The difference was significant compared with the control group （P<0.05）. The antipyretic rate was 89.8% in the treatment group which was higher than that of the control group （80.0 %）, but there was no any statistic significance （P>0.05）. There were significant differences between two groups in the average antipyretic time and integral difference of Chinese medical symptoms before and after the treatment（P<0.01,P<0.05）. Conclusion Sanqing Decoction has a significant antipyretic effect and shorter treatment time. It is a good prescription for treating cold.

        摘要：Objective To discuss the curative effect of Rupikang Mixture on cyclomastopathy. Method To divide randomly 215 cases of cyclomastopathy into the treatment group （n=165） and the control group （n=50）, and then treat them orally with Rupikang Mixture and Ru`an Tablets respectively. The curative and analgesic effects, relief of swelling and hemodynamics, the changes of sex hormones levels before and after the treatment in two groups were observed. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.73 % and had a significant difference compared with that of the control group （P<0.01）, The analgesic effect and relief of swelling in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P<0.01）. In the treatment group the levels of estradiol （E2） and prolactin （PRL） decreased obviously after the treatment （P<0.05）. The levels of progestagen （P） and androgen increased （P<0.05）, and the blood signal and impedance index decreased in pathological area （P<0.05）. Conclusion Rupikang Mixture has a reliable curative effect on cyclomastopathy.

        摘要：Objective To try to take the examination of lung function as the important references for the diagnosis, treatment, result and prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Method To summarize, analyse and count the changes of syndrome manifestations in 209 cases of COPD with reviewing study method according to "Global lnitiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease （GOLD）". Results The scope of COPD position was enlarged as the development of the disease from the dangerous stage to I, II, III, IV stages successively. The syndrome manifestations developed from phlegm and phlegm-heat syndromes to phlegm-stasis, stasis of heart vessel and phlegm-heat stasis syndromes. The occurrence rate of syndrome of yin-deficiency, yang-deficiency and blood-deficiency was gradually increased. Conclusion The correlation between the examination of lung function and COPD pathological changes showed that GOLD could be used as an objective basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of COPD.
