摘要:Objective To study the mechanism of moxibustion in immunoregulation through observing on the influence of moxibustion on content of β-endorphin (β-EP) in rats with adjuvant arthritis.Methods All 40 rats were divided into the blank group,model group,Mingmen (GV4) group,Guanyuan (CV4) group and non-acupoint group.Except the blank group,the rats in other groups were injected Freund’s complete adjuvant in the right posterior leg for modeling.The Mingmen group was given moxibustion on GV4,Guanyuan group,on CV4,and non-acupoint group,on 0.5 cm lateral to CV4 in the left.The rate of paw edema and the content of β-EP in plasma,hypothalamus,pituitary and lymph nodes were observed.Results The rate of right paw edema decreased significantly in the Mingmen group and non-acupoint group compared with the model group (P<0.01).The rate of right paw edema increased significantly in the Guanyuan group and non-acupoint group compared with the Mingmen group (P<0.05).The rate of left paw edema increased significantly in the model group(P<0.05),Mingmen group and Guanyuan group(P<0.05) compared with the blank group.The rate of left paw edema decreased significantly in the Mingmen group,Guanyuan group and non-acupoint group compared with the model group (P<0.01).The plasma content of β-EP decreased significantly in the model group,Mingmen group,Guanyuan group and non-acupoint group compared with the blank group (P<0.05).The hypothalamus content of β-EP increased significantly in the model group compared with the blank group (P<0.05).The pituitary content of β-EP increased significantly in the Guanyuan group and non-acupoint group compared with the blank group (P<0.05).The pituitary content of β-EP increased significantly in the Guanyuan group and non-acupoint group compared with the model group (P<0.05).The content of β-EP in lymph nodes increased significantly in the Mingmen group,Guanyuan group and non-acupoint group compared with the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion The moxibustion on GV4 and non-acupoint can inhibit the primary inflammation of the right leg,and that on GV4,CV4 and non-acupoint can inhibit the secondary inflammation of the left leg.It is inferred that the regulation to immune inflammation by moxibustion on the above mentioned acupoints maybe related to the increase of β-EP content in lymph nodes and arousing of central β-EP content.

摘要:Objective To investigate the distribution laws of TCM constitutions,and study the correlation between TCM constitutions and blood fat indexes.Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia (n=100) were selected and their constitutional types were decided according to the TCM Constitution Classification and Judgement and the distribution of constitutional types was observed.The blood fat indexes,body mass index (BMI) and waist hip ratio (WHR) were compared,and the correlation between BMI,HbA1c and blood fat indexes was observed in the patients with different constitutional types through detecting total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1),apolipoprotein B (ApoB),HbA1c,BMI and WHR.Results Among 100 patients,14.0% of them with normal constitution,22.0% with qi-deficiency constitution,16.0% with yang-deficiency constitution,24.0% with yin-deficiency constitution,7.0% with blood-stasis constitution,10.0% with phlegm-damp constitution,5.0% with damp-heat constitution,2.0% with qi-depression constitution,and 0.0% with special constitution.The mean value of TC and LDL-C was the highest in the patients with damp-heat constitution having statistical significance compared with those with normal constitution (P<0.05).WHR increased in the patients with phlegm-damp constitution compared with that in the patients with normal constitution (P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C and ApoA1 decreased in the overweight group and obesity group compared with the normal group (P<0.05).The level of TG increased in the group with good HbA1c and the group with poor HbA1c compared with the group with ideal HbA1c (P<0.05).Conclusion The constitutional types are mainly yin-deficiency constitution and qi-deficiency constitution in the patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia.The levels of TC and LDL-C are the highest in the patients with damp-heat constitution.
摘要:Objective To discuss the classification of TCM syndromes of chronic nasopharyngitis.Method The patients with chronic nasopharyngitis (n=300) were classified into different types according to the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation.The syndrome distribution and local mucous symptoms were observed.Results There were 30 cases of heat accumulation in liver meridian (10.0%),66 of heat accumulation in lung and stomach (22.0%),47 of damp-heat accumulating in spleen (15.7%),12 of lung-kidney yin deficiency (4.0%),95 of spleen qi deficiency (31.7%),41 of phlegm coagulation and blood stasis (13.7%),and 9 of other types (3.0%).The most common symptom was nasopharynx discomfort distributing in all types.Except the type of spleen qi deficiency,mucous hyperemia was obvious in other types.Conclusion The common syndrome types of chronic nasopharyngitis mainly include heat accumulation in liver meridian,heat accumulation in lung and stomach,damp-heat accumulating in spleen,lung-kidney yin deficiency,spleen qi deficiency and phlegm coagulation and blood stasis.
摘要:Objective To study the TCM syndrome types of primary hyperlipidemia by applying jointly factorial analysis and cluster analysis to provide the scientific evidence for syndrome classification of primary hyperlipidemia.Method The information of TCM four examinations were treated statistically in 661 patients with primary hyperlipidemia by applying factorial analysis and cluster analysis.Result The syndrome types of 661 patients were classified into 6 types:181 cases of analogical syndrome of dual deficiency of heart-spleen (27.38%),67 of analogical syndrome of yin deficiency with internal heat (10.14%),106 of analogical syndrome of blood stasis obstructing collaterals (16.04%),98 of analogical syndrome of kidney yang deficiency (14.83%),57 of analogical syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation with heat accumulation (8.62%),and 152 of analogical syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstruction (22.99%).Conclusion The combined application of factorial analysis and cluster analysis can classify objectively the information of TCM four examinations,explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome types of primary hyperlipidemia to some degree,and is valuable in the research of TCM syndromes.
摘要:Objective To investigate tongue and pulse manifestations,syndrome factors and TCM syndrome distribution in HIV/AIDS patients in Xinjiang.Methods The routes of infection,tongue and pulse manifestations,locations and nature of the disease and syndrome types were counted in HIV/AIDS patients (n=142),and the syndrome distribution in the patients with two routes of infection (sexual contact and intravenous drug abuse) was compared.Results Among 142 cases,the patients infected by sexual contact accounted for 42.25%,and by intravenous drug abuse,42.25%.In the statistics of tongue body,light red tongue accounted for 47.88% and red tongue,24.65%.In the statistics of tongue form,fissured tongue accounted for 20.42% and plump tongue,16.90%.In the statistics of texture and color of tongue fur,thin and white tongue fur accounted for 33.10% and yellow and slimy tongue fur,21.83%.In the statistics of pulse manipulations,fine pulse accounted for 35.92%,deep pulse,30.28% and frequent pulse,25.35%.In the statistics of location factors,kidney accounted for 30.99% and liver,26.76%.In the statistics of nature factors,yin deficiency accounted for 44.37% and qi deficiency,42.96%.In the statistics of syndrome types,the syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency accounted for 28.17%,syndrome of liver qi invading stomach,16.18%,syndrome of spleen-stomach dampness-heat,8.45%,syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,4.93%,and syndrome of deficiency of both lung and kidney,7.04%.There was no difference in major syndrome types between the patients infecting by sexual contact and those by intravenous drug abuse.Conclusion The syndromes of HIV/AIDS patients in Xinjiang involve several viscera and bowels including kidney,liver,spleen,stomach and lung.The syndrome types are mostly qi deficiency and yin deficiency manipulating as liver-kidney yin deficiency,liver qi invading stomach,spleen-stomach dampness-heat,deficiency of both lung and kidney and liver depression and spleen deficiency.
