摘要:Imagery thinking is the most unique thinking mode in traditional Chinese culture, and TCM adopts the imagery thinking mode for diagnosing and treating diseases. From the onset of stroke to its critical stage, symptoms of phlegm heat and bowel excess appear along with the development of stroke, which are closely related to disease healing or exacerbating and spring up in imagery therapeutic course. The spring-up features of syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess of stroke in imagery therapeutic course have been summed up as follows: image combining high concept breeds novelty, corresponding changes to image depicts dynamic evolution, causal accommodation in imagery inherence springs up microscopic and macroscopic effects, and casual announce in inevitable image brings about integral unity.

摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of Xishi Qingxiao Fang and therapy of dispelling putridity and clearing sinew on severe diabetic foot sinew gangrene. Methods Xishi Qingxiao Fang and therapy of dispelling putridity and clearing sinew were used for treating 90 patients, and the curative effect was observed. The biochemical indexes, including fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose (2-h PBG), C-peptide (C-PR), fasting insulin (FINS), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), white blood cells (WBC), sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb) and albumin (ALB), number, area and depth of wounds, and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results Among 90 cases, there were 29 cured (32.22%), 35 with remarkable curative effect (38.89%), 23 relived (25.56%) and 3 grew worse (amputation, 3.33%). There was no death case. The success rate for salvaging limbs was 96.67%. FBG, PBG, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, WBC, CRP and ERS decreased significantly, and RBC, Hb and ALB increased significantly after treatment ( P <0.05). The number, area and depth of wounds decreased significantly after treatment ( P <0.05). There were no adverse reactions observed. Conclusion Xishi Qingxiao Fang and therapy of dispelling putridity and clearing sinew have a good curative effect on severe diabetic foot sinew gangrene.

摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on insomnia of type of dual deficiency of the heart-spleen. Methods The patients ( n =160) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (each n =80). The treatment group was treated with Zaoxingwu Fang at Mao time (from 5 a.m. to 7 a. m.), Zaoxingmei Fang at You time (from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.), foot bath and acupuncture. The control group was given estazolam (1 mg, once a day) 15 minutes before sleep. The curative effect and indexes of night sleep quality and daytime waking state were observed in two groups. Results There was no statistical significance in the difference of curative effect between two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment, the index of night sleep quality decreased in treatment group than before ( P <0.05), decreased in control group than before ( P <0.05), and was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the index of daytime waking state decreased in treatment group than before ( P <0.05), decreased in control group than before ( P <0.05), and significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The TCM comprehensive therapy of TCM has a better curative effect on insomnia.

摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of medicated gauze application and soaking therapy on infantile eczema. Methods The infantile patients ( n =50) were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =30) and control group ( n =20). The treatment group was treated with medicated gauze application and soaking therapy and control group was given warm water bath. The curative effect, integrals of skin lesion parts quantity, integrals of skin lesion condition, integrals of subjective symptoms and daily performance, and total integral were compared between two groups. Results In treatment group, there were 9 cases cured (30.0%), 15 with obvious effect (50.0%), 5 with effect (16.7%) and 1 without effect (3.3%), and the total effective rate was 96.7%. In control group, there were 0 case cured (0%), 4 with obvious effect (20.0%), 4 with effect (20.0%) and 12 without effect (60.0%), and the total effective rate was 40.0% ( Z =-2.277, P =0.023, P <0.05). The integrals of skin lesion parts quantity, skin lesion condition, subjective symptoms and daily performance, and total integral all decreased in two groups after treatment ( P <0.01 or P <0.05), and the difference in the comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant between treatment group and control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Medicated gauze application and soaking therapy has a good curative effect on infantile eczema.

摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of warm needling combining routine treatment of Western medicinal on rheumatoid arthritis (type of cold-dampness obstruction). Methods The patients ( n =100) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (each n =50). The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine (oral celecoxib capsules and leflunomide tablets), and treatment group was given warm needling besides of routine treatment of Western medicine. The curative effect on TCM syndromes, integrals of TCM symptoms, scores of visual analogue scale (VAS), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were observed in two groups. Results In treatment group, there were 20 cases cured (40%), 19 with obvious effect (38%), 9 with effect (18%) and 2 without effect (4%), and the total effective rate was 96%. In control group, there were 15 cases cured (30%), 10 with obvious effect (20%), 12 with effect (24%) and 13 without effect (26%), and the total effective rate was 74% ( Z =-7.557, P <0.05). The integrals of TCM symptoms and scores of VAS all decreased in two groups after treatment ( P <0.05, P<0.05), and the difference in the comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant between treatment group and control group ( P <0.05, P <0.05). ESR and CRP all decreased in two groups after treatment ( P <0.05), and the difference in the comparison before and after treatment was not statistically significant between treatment group and control group ( P >0.05, P >0.05). Conclusion Warm needling combining routine treatment of Western medicinal has a good curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis (type of cold-dampness obstruction).

摘要:Objective To review systematically the curative effect and safety of TCM external therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The domestic and international databases were retrieved till Mar. 1, 2011. The randomized controlled trials (RCT) about the comparison in treatment of DPN with Chinese external formulas, placebo or Western medicinal were identified and included. The quality of included RCT, such as randomization, allocation concealment, blinding, quitting and lost to follow-up, was reviewed according to internationally recognized criterions, and then the curative effect was analyzed systematically and comprehensively. Results There were totally 29 RCT included (involving 2 677 patients and 28 kinds of Chinese medicinal). The methodological quality of included RCT was generally lower and there were no studies found out on the control study of external Chinese medicinal and placebo. There were 20 RCT showed that Chinese medicinal was better than Western symptomatic treatment in relieving symptom, 9 showed that Chinese medicinal had advantage in promoting nerve conduction velocity, 4 showed that Chinese medicinal had advantage in relieving numbness, and 6 showed that Chinese medicinal had advantage in relieving pain. The most of included RCT had no reports on adverse reactions, so the safety of external Chinese medicinal was not obtained affirmation. Conclusion Compared with Western medicinal, TCM external therapy has advantages in DPN treatment, but more rigorous designed and large-sample clinical trials are needed for further confirmation.
摘要:Objective To analyze and sum up the clinical application characteristics of Hui needling method.
