Zhou Ling’s clinical experience in managing postoperative infection of geriatric otitis media based on the supplementation-draining and pus-expelling method
摘要
고령자의 중이염 병변은 이비인후과에서 흔히 발생하는 질환으로 수술이 주요 치료 방법이지만 수술 후 부착성 감염이 자주 발생하며 이러한 감염은 대부분 항생제에 내성을 가진 세균에 의해 유발된다. 항생제의 단독 사용으로는 중이염 수술 후 이러한 종류의 감염 치료에 효과가 없다. 중의학은 내고 외용요법을 결합하여 중이염 수술 후 발생하는 부착성 감염에 대한 치료에서 두드러진 장점을 가지고 있다.
