摘要

目的探讨肠胃湿热型面部痤疮的中医治疗方法。方法将98例肠胃湿热型面部痤疮患者随机分为治疗组49例、对照组49例。治疗组予中药汤剂内服

同时外用中药面膜;对照组予中药汤剂内服。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论中药内服配合中药面膜治疗肠胃湿热型面部痤疮疗效显著。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the treatment of facial acne of TCM type of damp-heat in intestine and stomach with TCM therapies.Method The cases of facial acne of TCM type of damp-heat in intestine and stomach（n=98） were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=49） and control group（n=49）.The treatment group was given Chinese herbal decoction orally combined with external used Chinese herbal face film

and the control group was given Chinese herbal decoction orally only.Result The curative effect of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group.Conclusion The oral Chinese herbal decoction combined with external used Chinese herbal face film has a significant curative effect on facial acne of TCM type of damp-heat in intestine and stomach.
