摘要

卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale，PFO)是一种先天性心脏异常，因出生后房间隔未完全融合而引起。PFO与先兆性偏头痛(MA)的发生密切相关。目前PFO引起偏头痛的发病机制尚不明确，治疗以卵圆孔封堵术及发作期止痛治疗为主。运用解郁和中法治疗PFO相关MA 1例，取得满意疗效，随访1年头痛及先兆未再发作，提示器质性改变并非本病单一发病因素，药物改善患者功能或易感性可成为本病治疗方案，并为中医治疗该病提供思路。

Abstract

Patent foramen ovale (PFO) is a congenital cardiac anomaly caused by incomplete fusion of the atrial septum after birth. PFO is closely associated with the development of migraine with aura (MA). The pathogenesis of PFO-induced migraine is still unclear

and the treatment is based on PFO closure and pain relief treatment during attacks. One case of PFO-associated MA was treated with TCM herbal medicine by resolving constraint and harmonizing the spleen and stomach

which achieved satisfactory efficacy

and the headache and aura did not reoccur in 1 year of follow-up

suggesting that organic changes are not the single pathogenetic factor of the disease

and that medications to improve the patient’s function or susceptibility can be a treatment option for the disease. This could provide some ideas for TCM treatment of the disease.
